Return & Refund

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact Customer Support at support@populife.co to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If any quality problem occurs after 30 days, it will be handled according to the scope of Populife's 1-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • For non-product quality problems, customers may be charged for return shipping

How long will it take to process my return?

Please email us and Populife will determine if the product is within the approved return scope. Once your return has been received and verified by our warehouse, we will process your refund via your original payment method.

Please note: Payments may take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding original shipping fees (if applicable).

Order Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, you will need to return the product at your own expense. Once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a receipt confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Refund Timeline:

  • After-sales team review: 3–6 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 1–14 business days to process
  • PayPal refunds: Up to 72 hours to appear in your account
  • Wallet (store credit) refunds: Allow up to 72 hours for your account to be updated

Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Populife determines that:

  • (1) The charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and
  • (2) The product is inoperable and/or fails to function as documented, through no fault of the original purchaser or any third party.

If you return a product to Populife without all original parts or with damaged components, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal, and will be issued in US dollars.
Refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks of Populife's receipt and verification of the returned product.
