When there is a problem with the product within 1 year, you can contact support@populife.co, we will provide free maintenance service.

For products beyond the warranty period, we will provide paid maintenance services. You may have to bear shipping costs. Please contact support@populife.coWe will provide you with guidance.

 Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Populife determines that:

(1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Populife 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If you return Product Populife (a) without all parts included in the original package or (b) with damaged parts; Populife retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement.

If any problems after one year from the date of purchase to request a maintenance, please communicate with us before return, otherwise Populife have the right to refuse to sign for it.
